Quickbooks always quits when I try to view previous reconciliation reports in Quickbooks.
Quickbooks calls Adobe Acrobat reader when trying to create this report. Acrobat by default tries to open the report in a web browser, but Acrobat can not open such report in the browser. The fix is to not allow PDF’s to open in a web browser.
Here is how.
Go to Start > All Programs > Adobe Reader 9.
Go to Edit > Preferences and select Internet.
Deselect Display PDF in browser and click OK.
